GEICO told him (Jon) at the body shop that GEICO will not pay for damage to the suspension because it was caused by anther accident.
There have been no other accidents with the HHR since it was new.

Monday, 04 January 2010, GEICO called today, to see if I was ready for the tow truck, GEICO, promised last week. This was the tow truck that was suppose to be here last week for the HHR, and never showed up so I drove to the body shop, last week

State Farm, welcome to our bad company, accumulator. Nothing ever gets deleted from here unless you ask us. And that's not likely to happen for at least a year and a half. We put new stuff on the top but nothing is deleted unless you ask us to. Since GEICO, I mean State Farm doesn't care what folks are saying.

I need to put all of those 20 questions, I got have a way of keeping it straight.

For the record: Nothing takes less than an hour to include the 15 minute, GEICO Quote. At the same time, most things like fixing damaged cars, never happen, no matter how many 20 question rounds you go with these guys.

State Farm, I want to thank you for forcing to be Christian, with your 'you can't talk to me like that. I you don't stop swearing I am hanging up. I know freedom of speech is for Christians only. I am sorry if I offended you with facts. But a year and a half and still no check for the car, makes me think I should tell you. I was wrong. In God We Trust.

If you wish someone to avoid four letter words, you could pay for the car. You could even act like an insurance company instead of a church.

GEICO said they didn't want us to drive the HHR if is unsafe, and they scheduled a tow truck to get it. The tow truck never showed up. We drove it in.

GEICO, for every stupid question you ask I am going to repeat the flowing:

Why do insurance companies such as GEICO, go out of there way to watch out for each other and no one cares about the policy holders. The direct result of mandatory insurance.

Insurance jobs always cost way more, because everyone knows the GECIO's of the world are going to pay them very slow if at all.

GEICO says that their web site is in fact working.

GEICO customers listen up if your computers run the programs on GEICO's web site, then your browser will run programs from all web sites. That means information steeling from your computer, Ad ware, Spy ware Viruses. This is trusting any web site in the whole world. Windows warns you before you run programs, but with GEICO, and programs, scripting is pretty much on or off. ActiveX is on or off. Turn off scripting and activeX, before any surfing. I keep ActiveX and scripting turn off and I do not have programs running on my computer unless I install it.

The GEICO's of the will tell you that there is no problem running, GEICO software, and that may be true but since it is all or none with ActiveX and Scripts, GEICO's are telling you to take a chance. The volneerabity that GEICO is creating is for one good reason, that is GEICO is very technically challenged.

Had a wreck on Tuesday, 01 December 2009, on I35 W, on the way to Dan's house. GEICO is trying to get out of fixing the car already.

The last time, we had to fix the Firebird our selves. I will just fix it myself.

Since you are just like State Farm (you do not pay claims), need to make sure we are not paying for un insurred motorst, I told you guys over a year ago, to remove it from the policy since you do not actucally pay it.

Your web site doesn't work correctly. Last month we sent a check because your web site STILL does not work.

It lets me log in using my user ID and password, but when I click on 'Make a Payment', there is no change.

I told one of your reps that if I use a browser with ActiveX and Scripting enabled, the site does work. That means that the Geico
web site is running programs on ALL the Customers computers. Not a good idea. Also this means that ALL other web sites are going to
be allowed to run programs on my computer, and all the rest of your customers..

I get that you folks are pretty technically challenged, but insisting all Geico customers run all programs on all web sites in the
world, just to make Geico's job a little easier is stupid.

If you at Geico are going to be responsible for all of the web sites? We both know that';s not going to happen. You won't even pay
the claims your supposed to.

If you install a program such as MS-Word, you will run it to edit word documents, but at least you installed it and ran it.

When you visit the geico.com web site you will run every program without the on your site, without asking me.

Spyware is spread through scripts in web sites,

Viruses are spread through scripts.

It is unprofessional to make me run your programs on my computer.

Web based scripts are one method the FBI spreads their spyware without people knowing. Ever since Janet Reno the FBI as a anything
goes policy to include killing Christians at church.

I understand the viruses are not coming from Geico, but you are going to make us run all programs on OUR computers, you will be at
fault morally. It's just bad business.

If you make me allow Geico to run programs on my computer, then you are also forcing me to trust ALL programs on all the web sites
in the world, to include virus infected web sites.

There is an easy FIX, just do not use scripts or ActiveX.

Server scripts are okay, but you should not expect me to trust the world just to save you work.

The only reason we have Geico insurance is the state of Texas requires auto insurance. If Geico had to actually sell insurance, the
cost would be about half.
